Refund / Return Policy
Please contact the restaurant if you have any questions regarding the Return & Refund Policy. Preparation of your order will begin immediately after it has been confirmed. Cancellations won’t be accepted once your order has been confirmed with the restaurant. To provide the ultimate customer satisfaction, we provide the following solutions below.
Food Order Errors*
If the food received is different from your receipt, our sincerest apology. Please call the restaurant as soon as you notice that there is an error with your order. You may also come to pick up the correct food item. Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s)* to our host.
Food Order Incomplete*
On the rare occasion that you do not receive food that is on your receipt, please call the restaurant or your third-party delivery service as soon as you notice any food items missing from your order. You may cancel the missed item and we will refund the amount to a credit card or refund you with a store credit. No cash refunds.
Please note: we do provide courtesy items such as disposable silverware, plastic plates, etc. when requested for free. If we mistakenly omit a free courtesy item, please let us know, so that we may address the issue with our staff in order to prevent future omission.
Food Dissatisfaction*
We cook our food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Refunds and/or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food order is incorrect, omitted or other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel, refund or give store credit if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order has been prepared. We also cannot provide any refunds or store credit for non-food items or beverages.
Cancellations from the Delivery Partner
It is possible your delivery partner might cancel the delivery if they’re unable to find or reach you. When they arrive at your delivery address, they’re prompted to contact you, so it is a good idea to keep your phone nearby when you’re expecting the food to arrive. If the delivery partner made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location and is unable to connect with you, you may not be eligible for a refund.
Complimentary Food
A refund or cash value on any complimentary food will not be provided.
As a private business, it is the right of the restaurant to deny or refuse service to any customer who abuses the Return & Refund Policy.
It is our goal to provide excellent service, quality, taste, and fresh food to our beloved customers; therefore, our customers can consume with confidence and ease.
Please note: We strive to prepare and package our pick-up items to preserve the taste and high quality of the food. However, please keep in mind the temperature, crisp, and texture of some items may vary slightly after being packaged.
* If 25% or more of the food have been consumed or removed, we won’t be able to issue any discounts, refunds or store credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with, then we won’t be able to verify its origin or issue and therefore, won’t be able to provide any discounts, refunds or store credit.
